James completed his formal training at the London School of Osteopathy and spent four years training and treating a variety of patients at the University Clinic in Bethnal Green, London (2023). James enjoys working with all types of patients from young sports people to the elderly. James has a passion for treating Osteoarthritis of the Hip and Knee. He has been working specifically with patients who have been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis or who have had a Total Hip or Knee Replacement.

James also treats patients with general, acute and chronic back pain. Uncomplicated Neck pain Shoulder, Elbow or Hand pain as well as minor sport injuries.

Prior to becoming an Osteopath, James completed a Sports Science degree at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge (2016), where he achieved a first class honours degree and completed his research into the Visual Effects on Deadlift performance with the Cambridge University Powerlifting Team.

James has a background in elite sport after representing the London based club Saracens R.F.C and London and South East of England in Rugby Union during his youth.
